Route: Lanercost, Haytongate, Banks, Bankshead, Wallholme, Lanehead, Low Row, Pottscleugh, Lanercost.
Distance: 11.75km, 7.3 miles.
Grade: Easy but some long hills.
Meet: 10.30 a.m. Moot Hall for car share or 10.45 a.m. Lanercost Cafe car park.
Rest Breaks: Toilets in Lanercost cafe; no facilities from there till return.
Picnic opportunities along the route (weather permitting). Refreshments on return (tea, coffee, snacks, cakes).
